Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Social Publisher for using Social Publisher. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
Social Publisher lets you write posts and publish or schedule them to social media accounts you connect. We publish only what you ask, to the accounts you choose.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16, and allowed to use each network you connect.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you write and upload.
- You give us permission to store your content and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.
- You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to it, including music, images and people shown.
Network rules
Each network has its own rules, and your posts must follow them: YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms, Meta Terms, LinkedIn User Agreement, X Terms and Bluesky Terms. Networks can refuse, limit or remove posts, and can change or stop their services. We can't control that.
Acceptable use
Don't use Social Publisher to post spam, illegal content, harassment, hate, misleading content or malware, to impersonate anyone, to get round a network's limits, or to interfere with the service or other users.
AI suggestions
AI writing help can be wrong or incomplete. Always read and check suggested text before you publish it. You're responsible for what you post.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be available, on time or without errors. We may change or stop features.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for anything a network does with your posts. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or CA$100 if you paid nothing).
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: the contact address on this site.
